Good...but...

I actually enjoyed this story very much but if there is one thing I just couldn't get past is... My favorite narrator Mark Thompson and his hard to believe Chewbacca impersonation LOL... I still enjoy the Canon stories for Star Wars and where it's going... Keep them coming.

Great for all ages

My 4 year old daughter loved this book. She listened with me on a road trip. It’s silly and fun. The narrator did a great job. And as a adult even though it’s geared towards kids it was actually a cool story. I enjoyed this and have even shown it to some of my other Star Wars fan friends. Good read/listen

Classic pulp action

Chewie takes the spotlight in this novel as a simple 'milk run' of a pet delivery mission goes, as expected, horribly wrong. Aimed mostly at children, those who are still children-at-heart should also enjoy it too!

Audio: The full cast helps give everyone's personality shine through without the constant need for "he said/she said".

Recommended for: Fans of Chewbacca & K2-SO; people who love 'pulp action'

Surprised me!

After adjusting to the somewhat jarring writing style, I got sucked into what is a fun Star Wars ride and at the end of the day, that's all you can ask for when your target audience is what it is with this book. On top of that, there's a lot of fun little nuggets for canon freaks to dive into. Nothing groundbreaking, but not everything has to be.

Proof kids and adults can love Star Wars.

It reminds me of both a radio drama and Indiana Jones, which is awesome. The narration is excellent, though I've only heard him once, and I was impressed. Listening Library should do more Star Wars audio books. LOL how the narrator was talking to the audience. The autor is great as well, though I hadn't heard of him before.

I know it’s a kids story but.....

The performance of K2SO is the only redeeming part. The impressions of Chewie are laughable. Why not use the audio of Wookiee countless other audio books have done?

Terrible story.

Surprisingly Fun!

Going in I didn't really have high expectations. Keeping in mind that this is mainly a kids novel, it was awesome! I liked the narration style and think this might be fun to share with my niece some day.

The performance of the cast was rock solid. everyone did a delightful job!

K2-S0

I really enjoyed K2-S0 in Rogue one. I’m sad to say that he was the worst part of this story. It could easily done without him and plugged and played a new droid.
