"Chewie, we're home."

I'm marking this as 5 stars because it delivered exactly what it promised and was fun the entire time. This is the story of Han and Chewie on a "mission" of sorts for the Rebel Alliance. Not only does it have enjoyable action, it also deals with Han and Chewie as moral characters. It gives you a little bit of fleshing out into what types of beings they are. The reading level is a little more young adult but I pleasantly found that to never be a burden. It instead made for a very easy, casual read. But maybe I'm partial to the scoundrels of the Star Wars universe. I listened to the audiobook of this and Marc Thompson, like I've always said, knocks it out of the system.

Solid

While I will say I enjoyed the Lukes Skyway kernel story more, this was great, and was really able to capture the feel of the original Stars Wars films.

A good time!

The very best of this new direction that Disney is taking SW. Years better than Aftermath.

Bridging the gap (sort of)

Smuggler's Run is a nice, fun read if you're not expecting a whole lot in terms of info about Episode 7. It's got the Star Wars flavor and Thompson does a great job with Solo, as well as the other characters he voices. A few hints of the future are dropped in, but nothing more than a tease. The story is simple and black and white, but so was the original classic Episode 4, so if you got a few hours to relax and hitch a ride with Han and Chewie, punch it...

"...a little short..."

I always enjoy a good Star Wars story that centers around Han and Chewy but this one was just too short and it left me wanting more. The narrator was the same one from the last book Star Wars: Scoundrels and his voicing of the characters was entertaining yet again, but this time they didn't use pre-recorded noises for Chewbacca's voice...they should have. All in all a fun little story though.

Most enjoyable.

What made the experience of listening to Star Wars: Smuggler's Run the most enjoyable?

This is a fantastic read/listen. The audio book is narrated by Marc Thompson who's performance is excellent.
The story is short, action packed and moves very well. Rucka does a great job of capturing the personalities and characteristics of the characters of Han and Chewbacca. It feels like 'them'
This is a story that can be listened to again and again.

not worth the 20$ it costs to buy this book, if you have another was of reading this without paying the full 20$ it's worth it.

not too shabby ...

Not too bad, I like the sound and effects. The story line us not bad, Solo sound a bit like Solo but the wookie could be better.
