Confusion

It was obvious that no one edited this book before it was published. In the beginning, the hero is struggling with the amputation of both his legs a few chapters later he is described as being paralyzed from the waist down. This switch occurs several times in the story which creates confusion. Also initially Nancy’s father was described as being a factory worker then near the end Nancy mentions that her father is a teacher. More confusion.
