Really Good!
Honestly, I was a bit worried about buying this book because, I thought that it looked a bit 'basic'. However,
I was pleasantly surprised. It get's to the point quickly, has a lot of very effective tips & excersizes that if done could really help u to transform you're life! I would really recommend this book!
