Publisher's summary

She's through playing it safe....

Waiting. Watching.

Jambrea was patient long enough. After nearly 10 years pining over a man with whom she'd spent a single night, her job set her on a collision course with two sexy cops who turned her head...and ignited her passion.

More agonizing. Debating.

When it became clear that Matt and Clint would never admit to the bisexual attraction making an equilateral relationship possible, she couldn't choose a favorite. So she had to turn away and move her life forward - without them. Jambrea approaches Mistress Lily and Master Jeremy to arrange a wild night at their sex club - never expecting her friends would pull a bait and switch.

Time's up.

Just when happily ever after dangles within reach, it becomes clear someone has Jambrea in their crosshairs. Is it one of her lovers' old cases coming back to haunt them, or a ghost from her military past? One thing's for certain: Now that they've made the leap, they'd better learn to soar...or they'll all crash together.

Warning: The men in blue have handcuffs, and they're not afraid to use them - on their woman or each other. Be naughty, if you must. Maybe they'll come for you next!

:)

Love the series, just not excited by the performance, he was great on some parts but some parts made me cringe, trying to be too breathy and sexy in the wrong parts. As always love the characters and the story and happy they finally got together!

Romance, Hot Sex, and Good Story in one book!

It is not too often that you find romance, fiery sex, and engaging characters all in one well plotted novel. This book includes MMF and is told with romance as well as sex. I liked the characters in this story, the main ones and their Men in Blue friends. I am looking forward to reading more of Jayne Rylon's books, especially the ones in this series about other Men on Blue.

The narrator of this book, Gregory Salinas, is a great gift in himself. His voice alone in love scenes can get his reader lost in the feelings. He adds so much to the book that I highly recommend you get both the Kindle and Audible editions of this series.

Problem with the narrator

These types of books could really use multiple narrators, Gregory’s female voice tends to rub me the wrong way.

Wasted Talent

Once again, Jayne Rylon wastes her considerable talent by writing an unromantic story that attempts to glorify sexual & physical assault as an erotic adventure.

Jambrea, an otherwise strong and confident nurse, got sucked into the brutal world of BDSM in hopes of finding love and romance. Talk about looking for love in all the wrong places! Jambrea was attracted to Clint and Matt, police officers whose friends (and fellow cops) believed that beating and torturing women was great fun.

When Clint and Matt tricked Jambrea into having sex at the club, they proved their lack of genuine feelings for her. At that point, I lost interest in finishing Spread Your Wings. The author spent more time trying to promote a dangerously brutal "lifestyle" than creating an entertaining plot or realistic characters.

Lily (sex club owner) and Jeremy (cop) have the most disturbing relationship. After marrying in book 3, they are still "doms" who have violent sex with multiple other men & women, Why bother getting married? Jeremy even enjoys hurting Lily, selfishly believing his need to dominate puts him above the law.

Since no rational adult would consent to being tortured and humiliated, I found the book extremely offensive and absolutely depressing. Not sexy, not erotic, not romantic.
