Hopefully these thoughts, quotes and examples have encouraged you make the most out of your life and your sports skills, even if you won't make money with them or become famous with them or become famous with them. I highly recommend this book. By the way, I have enjoyed this book.

They were featured on a leadership podcast, that's where I first heard about it. I highly recommend this book.

Fully explained and its an excellent book.

What did you love best about Mind Gym?

The book contains, how to overcome fears, how to boost our confidence, how to turn weaknesses into strengths and more. It's a great mystery being presented for ambitious games who want to make their mind, spirit and body.

Great Book, Changed my Life!

I've listen a fair few sports psychology books in the past and found this one to cover a big range of topics but with out too much depth. Excellent book and resource that should be listen by anyone hoping to have success in life. This was recommended to me and is a recommendation that I will be forever indebted.

This book is a great listen. I have bought several copies for the runners in the family. Inspiring motivating, and something you want to come back to again and again. Great read. Motivating. Flows easy to keep you interested. Feeling extra motivated as I type this. I would recommend this.

This audible is really awesome.

I am a weekend athlete and this book has helped me tremendously with my self confidence. The lessons are easy to read and the stories are inspiring. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to be the best they can be. It's a winner.

This is a very helpful guide.

It provided basic sound advise in regards to mental athletic strategies. There was a wealth of references to very successful athletes. I would recommend listening to this book if you enjoy sports psyching techniques.

This is quite helpful.

Mind gym puts words to a lot of lessons we know but don't have clearly in our heads. If taken seriously the lessons stay in your head an affect your daily action beyond just your sports performance.

Thought the book was very good and not too long, gets to the point very well. Would recommend to anyone trying to compete in any sport.
