    I thoroughly enjoyed this book. it provided a lot of many fabulous insights like how positive attitudes can be a tremendous influence on a person and a world. The narration was in a fairly strong accent which wasn't ideal but I do like that it was narrated by one of the authors of the book.

    "Powerfull bundle"

    Wow!
    I love this book!!!!

    I'm a distance runner and really struggle to perform at the level I am capable of during races.

    This is a well-written book, it's also easy to read and the tips and techniques are really great and easy to follow.

    Definitely recommended!

    I loved this book. Often I can be fearful as I go about life. Fear is often the thing that can hold us back. In this short, to-the-point read, “Mind Gym” sets out to help you push past your limitations and mentally be your best. If you live in fear, you definitely want to consider buying this books.

    This book is great for athletes, but also for those who are not. The author is an original way to explain the way of life that everyone should have, if you want to achieve success, whether in sport, business or something else. Indeed, this is a book worth to listening!

    "Take a Trip to Your Potential"

    Really good book. Practical exercises to help you improve your performance. My first tournament while reading the book I managed to use some of its tools and took first place in my division and in absolute division. I truly recommend!

    "A must for everyone!"

    Wonderful book with a lot of practical tools for creating a more mindful life. I'm not a serious athlete by any means, but the wisdom and experience of this book can be applied to any experience in life. It is a very good book for the beginner on her/his "mindfulness" journey. Also, the books Mumford references are good books to list thus, listening it connects you to other resources. Overall, I loved reading it. It's easy to listen, but gives you a lot to think about.
