Wow, amazing book

Would you consider the audio edition of Mind Gym: 3 in 1 Combo of Thoughts, Coaching, Ideas, and Examples for True Athletes to be better than the print version?

Great loved both the version.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. it provided a lot of many fabulous insights like how positive attitudes can be a tremendous influence on a person and a world. The narration was in a fairly strong accent which wasn't ideal but I do like that it was narrated by one of the authors of the book.

Powerfull bundle

Wow!
I love this book!!!!

I'm a distance runner and really struggle to perform at the level I am capable of during races.

This is a well-written book, it's also easy to read and the tips and techniques are really great and easy to follow.

Definitely recommended!

I loved this book. Often I can be fearful as I go about life. Fear is often the thing that can hold us back. In this short, to-the-point read, “Mind Gym” sets out to help you push past your limitations and mentally be your best. If you live in fear, you definitely want to consider buying this books.

This book is great for athletes, but also for those who are not. The author is an original way to explain the way of life that everyone should have, if you want to achieve success, whether in sport, business or something else. Indeed, this is a book worth to listening!

Interesting Bundle!

Definitely this is something good.

I was looking for a book on this topic since a long time and I am glad that I decided to give this book a try as this book has all the information I needed to know.This book is very helpful and very detailed. I was able to understand mind gym easily and I never thought that mind gym isn't difficult to do! I will surely share this book to my family and friends.

Perfect book at the perfect time

This book is tough to review because people have different expectations with sport psychology books. I loved this book. Once you start it you might not be able to put it down. Its a motivational book that weaves sports psychology principles into stories to illustrate the importance of each principle. This book inspired me to write down an effective system of beliefs and checklists I can go through before a game. The important part is the system and beliefs are mine.

Very nice set of books.

I was looking for a nice audio book I can listen to while I am running. This is quite motivating and inspiring. I learned a lot of things from this book. It makes my running every morning more enjoyable.
