Excellent

The book is full of potential cheats that you or your opponent could do. It's a bit shocking I know that there are so many fouls that one person could commit, but it's enlightening to know what they are to be able to defend yourself against them.

BK one thing I would add, a trick that I have used myself in my last fight in Thailand, when getting rubbed down with vaseline mix it with KY jelly! haha works a treat. Once again cool book, definitely worth checking out!

Coming from a professional fighter

I was asked to write a review for this book, so here we are. I thought it was terrible. That’s it, you’re welcome BK.

Just kidding.

You probably don’t know yet, but I’m Nick Meginness, one of the “crazy” cheaters mentioned in this book. Because of that, I’m unsure how unbiased my review can be. This book is unlike the reading I’m used to, which consists of…
Never mind that, I’ll just tell you what I think of this book. It’s full of entertaining and educational personal anecdotes aimed at aspiring combat sports athletes. Though, It’s not just useful for people looking to gain a competitive edge by cleverly cheating. It also helps people defend against, and recognize these crude tactics. The techniques expressed in this book, and their inner workings of rule breaking are essential for competitors, officials, and even casual fans.

There’s a lot more to this book than information about cheating. Its littered with humor, and filled with tips and tricks from veterans, champions, and professional UFC fighters. Shit, its only a few bucks. And if you don’t like it, I have BK’s word that he’ll reimburse you with a free personal lesson in “checking the oil”, one of Brandon’s famous techniques.

VERY NICE!

Everybody cheats a little, a lot or passionately. This book gives stuff used by fighters to take an advantage over the opponent. Plenty of tips and tricks. BK Kessler wrote with humor about a subject that might seem shocking but it helps to understand some aspects of the fighting. After reading it I never look at a fight in the same way.
