Publisher's Summary

What does it mean to play heads-up baseball? A heads-up player has confidence in his ability, keeps control in pressure situations, and focuses on one pitch at a time. His mental skills enable him to play consistently at or near his best despite the adversity baseball presents each day.

This is the Mental Bible of Baseball!

tap into your actual potential and remain consistently in the zone for lengthy periods. Once I read this book I stopped having slumps at the plate, and gained an enormous advantage over the opponent, whether hitting or pitching. Its positive thinking in to action, Slows the game down in your mind and puts you in control of yourself like never before in the brief moments when it counts. I listen to it before every game and what a difference!

Good stuff on one of few baseball audio books

Cant say there is a tremendous amount in here that isn't in A Mental Approach to Baseball or other great baseball/hitting books. But it's the best baseball book I've seen that's in an audio format. Def worth the listen.
