practical advice for a spearo despite location

I really enjoyed listening to this. as a spearo for about a year now, most of this information I already knew or had been applying in my life. Yet, I find when I dive I think.of things that I have heard (usually music) to keep me relaxed. now after listening to this 3 times already I can review this information in my head while diving

We're all noobs in our own way

But with this book you can become a little bit less of a noob. Nobody wants to be the guy running late to the boat. Or the guy who forgets his dive mask after getting all the way out to the dive spot. Or the guy who has to edit 3 hours of raw gopro footage. Or the guy who code browns you from upcurrent.
