This is an audiobook for competitive tennis players, who want to start performing better in their matches.
Tennis is all mental once you reach the competition level, so listen to this book and take notes.
Not helpful. Advice is rudimentary and seemingly written like a college student who forgot deadlines for a final thesis. Skip all chapters which are written with fluff and the only useful chapter is ch 4 where a numerical compilation of "tips" are outlined which if you've been playing competitively are already 2nd nature. Skip it unless you're picking up a racket for a 1st time
