Mind blowing.
I find this book to be a good resource to keep and to read it more than once. I haven't practiced anything that the author suggested but I might eventually. You need to read it to develop your own foundation. That is what I do with books covering spirituality: I read it if interested, I do not let others influence my reading, I read it, and then I decide what to believe. :-)

This book seems to have been written with a wide audience in mind. I really enjoyed Megan Dean gentle, encouraging an approach to living a more mindful, joyful life which in turn will surely help you to find success.

Essential book.
