Dr. Wendell Beane, historian of religions and a practical mystic, is also a professor and former chair of the Department of Religious Studies and Anthropology at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Receiver of several awards, including the Distinguished Teaching Award, he teaches comparative religion, Hinduism; Religion, Faith, and Healing; Interreligious Dialogue; and Myth and Mystery in the department.
