Relaxing.

The introductory part is good. But I listened to the second part several times because it's so relaxing.

Great audiobook!

I am really interested to learn more about Chakras, how to open my chakras. This book is very detailed and really taught me a lot!

I highly recommend this - both the narrator and the author did a great job. This looks like a good series to have in your collection (they have Reiki and Mindfulness parts as well)

Very helpful book!

I suggest to use this book daily. of course not the theoretical part but the meditations. The meditations are so wonderful (i'm into Kundalini yoga since my student years). this is a great book!

It just works!

I know that it takes time to get used to guided meditations. Still, this one, somehow it just works. The explanation of Kundalini is very basic, but it's not why I bought it

Need to practice more.
