Publisher's Summary

Your mom always said you were an angel. What if she was right? Jonah Stone has always thought of himself as average, but in seventh grade he learns a fascinating family secret, and his world turns upside down. Jonah’s mom is a nephilim, the daughter of a human and a fallen angel, which makes Jonah one-quarter angel. When his mom is kidnapped by fallen angels, it’s up to Jonah and his sister, Eliza, to rescue her.

Guided by prayer and a guardian angel, Jonah and Eliza embark on an epic adventure through the streets of New York and come to understand that God plans in ways they never could have imagined.

Spirit Fighter, book one in the "Son of Angels, Jonah Stone" series, is an imaginative adventure that is based on scripture in the book of Genesis.

Engaging for the whole family!

Our family loves to listen to audible books when on those long family vacation drives. A friend recommended this series. So we gave it a try and I’m SO glad we did! We could NOT stop listening!! The story line is fantastic! Our 7, 10, and 12 year old (not to mention the adults too) were hooked! It’s filled with great imagery and thought provoking fantasy. Also inspired some deep family conversations which we enjoyed. Of course with audible a great book can easily be ruined by a bad reading performance. (We have had to return some would be great audible purchases in the past because the performance was unbearable.) I am so thankful that is NOT the case with this series! Excellent reading performance that adds to the story. We have started the 2nd book and it also has a great storyteller reading the book. I highly recommend this series whether you choose to read or listen! You will enjoy it!
