Not Easy! But, seems very good

I'm really happy with the layout of this book, and how easy it is to teach from. I use it for my Spanish tutoring students. It's much simpler and easier to understand than the crazy frenetic high school and college textbooks I've seen lately. This us a wonderful book. I am an older adult looking to learn Spanish, and I live the way this "work book" is organized.

Extremely useful and helpful resource!

Of the Spanish books and resources I’ve used in self-teaching, this one is by far the most helpful. The book is very clear and concise, and well-structured in terms of content, and is careful to introduce concepts in an order that does not overwhelm learners.

great book i love this book.

This book is great. It is small enough to carry with you but it is packed with information. It is more than a phrase book and dictionary. It has guides to celcius temps, road signs, clothing and foot wear conversions, etc. My husband had book envy so we ordered another so we could practice with each other.

This is a Great book for beginners

While I agree with the one bad review that this isn't really a book for beginners, I think it's a great tool for those who aren't proficient. great book i love this book so much.

Barcelona here I come!

I love these short stories in Spanish. This one has a great vocabulary list and a story summary after each story. Also a little quiz to help you know what you have understood. These stories are the best way for me to build my vocabulary. And if you need, you can copy from your e book and paste to i Translate to get a translation of anything you’re having trouble with. Makes learning Spanish fun.

I love this book

This product is awesome for those that are just getting into learning the Spanish language, or for those like me who have taken courses in the past, but have rusted skills due to lack of use. Sometimes the hardest thing about learning a language is that you learn it from afar and do not have access to people that you can sharpen your skills with.

I bought this phrasebook as a gift for a friend going on a medical mission trip to Peru. He was very pleased with the visuals photos and correlating phrases. This book has a broad array of terminology for a broad array of situations. My friend was excited at how beneficial this phrasebook will be for his trip.

Really great bargain

This is a very simple, handy resource for learning fundamental Spanish. I speak a couple languages and have dabbled in several others, and I'm of the personal opinion that the way to go is learning phrases. Learn them in their complete, conjugated, grammatically-accurate format (and, of course, learn how to correctly pronounce them).

The book itself is fairly simple for beginners!!

I personally have taken several years of Spanish in high school and college, but it has been years since I have studied or used my skill save for a personal trip to Spain that lasted for about a week. Great for Travel

This Spanish phrase is a must-have either you are traveling to Spain, working with Spanish speakers or even for self-educating. The book is very useful since it contains all information for any imaginable situation. For easy learning how to spell all the phrases the book provides a phonetic transcription of each word. And more than that it gives the option to listen all the chapters! And all of that in one book is really affordable. Definitely recommend!

This book has a "transliteration to help pronounce" the words, which is very helpful. Although, it covers the basics for beginners, it also introduces phrases one would commonly use in various situations.

I really need to learn Spanish language within a short time frame and for the purpose of learning this language I picked this book three weeks ago. As a beginner I found this book helpful and well written.
Don’t scare to learn Spanish language as a beginner as far I can tell because this book not only opened my eyes but also helped me a lot to learn this language very easily.

LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY

As someone switching careers into the medical field from education to nursing, this book is invaluable! The book is broken out into useful sections based on different categories of medical need and also includes and entire dictionary specific to medicine.

Loving this book!

I really like the layout of the book and how easy it is to use. Having audio to go with it is a plus. I will definitely be using this to strengthen what little spanish I already know.

Great Spanish learning tool!!

This makes it easy to refer back to when studying other sources and for memorization. As a novice linguist I feel this is a great tool to have when starting out that I'll use in the future as well. All in all, this book is extremely informative, has clearly thoughtfully put together, and has been an indispensable resource in my Spanish learning.

It teaches me basics of Accents, Pronunciation, grammar and words of Spanish which I find good.
