Very Useful

What made the experience of listening to Spanish Audio Flash Cards: Learn 1000 Spanish Words - Without Memorization! the most enjoyable?

I liked how I was learning new words without realizing it.

What other book might you compare Spanish Audio Flash Cards: Learn 1000 Spanish Words - Without Memorization! to and why?

I don't think there is other audio books out there that are this helpful.

Any additional comments?

This is my first time using an audio book, and was impressed by how intrigued i actually was. I love Spanish and i have been trying to learn it for years. I loved how quickly i began to pick up new words with this. I'm taking another Spanish class soon and I will definitely be recommending this to my professor.

Spanish audio flash cards is a good idea

The Spanish audio flash cards is a good idea. I initially was a little confused about the order in which the words were being translated. I thought it was English first then Spanish but I later realized after about 30 mins that the translation was Spanish first then English. The titles for each section is English first then Spanish. I also had a hard time hearing some of the English words. The pronunciation was not clear. I like the feature to go back 30 secs, it helped a little bit to understand the pronunciation of the English words. Some of the instructions in English were also not clear. I think if I listen to the audio book a couple of times things might become clearer. I also had a hard time visualizing the spellings of the Spanish words and I later learnt at the end of the audio book that there was an accompanying PDF. It would have helped a lot to have had the PDF at the beginning so that I could have read along while Mayela Perez spoke. Some of the Spanish phrases were read too fast. My speed setting was at 1.0x so I reduced it to 0.75x and that helped a little bit to understand the Spanish words. I stress again that if I had had the PDF at the beginning this would not have been a problem. I like the fact that the audio book is broken into sections Food, Clothing, transportation, adverbs etc.

Needs a pdf of the words

If not familiar with the Spanish word it is difficult to know the spelling without seeing the words at least initially. Some English words are mispronounced but you still understand. In Mexico 2 ll’s equal a “y” sound but the this recording the sound like “j” so I assume that is a regional difference. With a pdf I would have given it a 5.

Great book for beginners

I first learned Spanish in 2005-2006 my Junior and Senior year in high school, so some of the words from this book I already was familiar of. This book will help for those who want to learn Spanish. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn Spanish . It’s very detailed and I never knew some of the words had different words in Spanish.

No experience w/ Spanish; I really like this book!

I have never taken a Spanish class and most of my exposure to the language came from my coworkers at a summer job. I could learn random phrases from them, but I thought Spanish would be difficult to learn because it seems like it's spoken really fast and that masculine/feminine qualities of the words is confusing. I like this audio book because it focuses on learning Spanish vocabulary and doesn't overwhelm beginners to the language by throwing in a bunch of grammar rules. Of course, grammar is an important part of a language, but I think learning the vocabulary is the most daunting aspect of learning a language because it requires a lot of memorization. This audio book makes it easy to remember Spanish vocabulary, even if you've never attempted to learn the language before because the audio is clear and reasonably slow and has adequate pauses in which you can think about and digest each word. It also helps that each word is repeated. However, I think my favorite feature of this audio book is that it emphasizes practical vocabulary, such as words for food, transportation, family, animals, materials, and clothes. These are some of the most practical words someone would need to know when they're trying to converse with another person, so I like that it would be relatively easy to walk around or ride the bus while listening to this audiobook and associate the vocabulary with what you can see around you.

this was very helpfil

I really enjoyed the Spanish audio flashcards. I liked that they provided the masculine and feminine way to say the word in Spanish. Also, if there were multiple ways to say the word they gave all ways to say it all together rather than all spaced out like I have seen in many Spanish flashcards. I also liked the way that all of the vocabularies was broken down in like category. I liked that it stated how to make sentences.

A Great Learning Tool

I've been interested for years in learning the Spanish language, but being a complete beginner I was hesitant to get started. This book really helped me build my confidence in learning a new language! If you are someone who benefits from using flashcards for memorization, I recommend you give this a try. I really liked that I was exposed to hundreds of words, all repeated twice, and that I could skip through to different categories like animals and food. This book was very helpful and allowed me to build my confidence in my pronunciation. I highly recommend!

Simple, Useful, Effective

The flash card format in which the author uses makes learning new
Spanish vocabulary much faster and easier. This format makes learning
passive and much more effective. In addition, the book is divided into
many different themes. Therefore you can study and learn the parts you
choose to learn. Very beginner friendly.

Spanish Vocab for beginners

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Spanish vocabulary is something that is difficult for me to memorize. It has helped with my Spanish pronunciation. I like that I can skip through to specific subjects such as weather, professions, or clothing. I enjoy listening while doing other work and not having to stare at a book or being tied to a computer program to work on my vocabulary skills. I am becoming much more comfortable speaking and am quickly understanding the language. Listening to the sections in random order is aiding in my ability to learn the words and that has been extremely helpful. Great product would recommend to other Spanish beginners.

Effective & Convenient Instrument to Learn Spanish

I am really learning a lot of Spanish terms from this audiobook. I love it that the words are spoken repeatedly, well enunciated and categorized so it is easy to comprehend. I really get to practice on how to say each word. I can repeat after the audio or just simply pause it. Plus, I still get to be mobile or do other activities while listening to it unlike with the regular books. Someone who wants to learn Spanish should really get this product. It has a lot of great features!
