Very Informative!!

This book has a range broad enough to cover just about anything you want to cook. The directions are clear and concise, very easy to follow.

Very Helpful

I found this book to include good basic information. However, I would have liked it to have included more recipes for different cuts of meat. The concepts were very general and I have found that different cuts require more specific times and temperatures.

Insightful book!!

Really enjoying this book. Simple necessary fundamentals. I have done the hard boiled eggs a couple of times and they have come out perfect. Not sure I agree with the shrimp, but I will keep experimenting

Informative!!

Perfect for new sous vide users to get started. Color photos with most recipes. How-to directions easy to follow. The usual detail one finds in most ATK cook books. Deducted one star for the bland cover design, hardly enticing which is unusual for ATK cookbooks.

Must listen this book!!

I do a lot of cooking and when I decided to try sous vide I needed a book to guide me into this new culinary adventure. I found that the manufacturer of the sous vide device offered little to help with dishes to cook

Wonderful!!

I have always bought cookbooks to enhance my culinary skills but always ended up keeping the books away. This book is exceptional in these respects:
1. Amazing variety. I have got Eastern dishes like the Char Siu (p91) and Sichuan Twice-Cooked Pork Belly which are traditional wok-fried or open-fire roast but now cooked in sou vide style
