A useful guide forever. I'm inspired!

This is a Good Beginner's Sous Vide Book, yet it needs more plans for experienced Sous Vide Cooks. In any case, you can den smart thoughts here, for example, "130 for medium uncommon", and have a go at applying them to different cuts of meat, and different sauces.

An essential guide

Insights are unique and turn me perceive deeply. I really appreciate this book. This is the best Sous Vide cookbook for us. This book is for the worthy reveal. Grateful for the simple to utilize/listen. I'm not going to the cookbook that often, but when I do I come out with exceptional meals.

I love it and suggest it.

I've done a lot of online research on sous vide cooking but there were some gaps in my understanding that this audiobook cleared up. Thank you America's Test Kitchen for helping me! Last night was the first time I used my sous vide and I fixed the Crispy-Skinned Chicken Thighs recipe and it worked like a charm!

Grateful for the simple to utilize/listen. I bought this to go along with our newly purchased Sous Vide. I have made chicken strips, French fries, pork chops, etc., and they are all very delicious I highly recommend the Sous Vide for ease of use, and the great taste.

Give me good & tasty meals

This audio book provides valuable information

i bought this and it was well worth the money because it saved me the price of a Sous Vide machine. After reading the audio book I decided that Sous Vide was not for me. You have to cook many food twice. Once in the sous vide machine and once to sear it. Hard to make more than small quantities. Buy this book before you invest in a machine.

Overall great guide for me

The audio book has some very good recipes to do with your sous vide machine. It explains how it works, how to pack food for sous vide, and how to cook and finish it. I like that they explain why they chose the specific time and temperature. There are charts for how to get different kinds of donnens for meats and such. The recipes are quite simple, but they do taste good.

I highly recommend this audio book to anyone.

I really enjoy the way ATK and Cooks Illustrated explain the science of cooking. Part of me says just tell me how to do it but another part reads every "why this works" segment at least once. I also found a lot of new ideas I expect I'll try like celery root. Celery root has never been on my radar but this makes it sound yummy and probably healthy. So the book was a good buy. Now if only the sous vide machine would go on sale!

I found this valuable guide from Amazon.

i found this guide to include good basic information. However, I would have liked it to have included more recipes for different cuts of meat. The concepts were very general and I have found that different cuts require more specific times and temperatures.

Treat yourself to these Sous vide recipes, they are fantastic! I loved the Sous Vide for the outcome of the steak I was cooking.
