love every minute of master Sha's teachings.
keep practicing. that is the answer within self development as well as meditation. practice and patience is key to receive such healing progress from master sha and the divine teachings. i discovered master sha back in 2013 when my sister brought me home his book to read from a book convention. I will always remember my first healing from his soul healing miracle book... i just had a car accident that year so I was in pretty harsh pain. after a few hours of practicing whenever I pick the soul healing miracle book up, I began feeling a source of warm light from the calligraphy page. it was amazing .. such a memorable feeling. please give master Sha's audio book a try - even if you aren't a believer of TCM, this is a body-mind experience where you are working with all parts of you; your whole constitution. allow his teachings to come to you naturally with our force - and with patience of practice I hope you are able to experience the healing sensation as I did. and so it is 🙏
