Sophia Roam doesn’t approve of the new building project in town. Eden is not the place for towering skyscraper apartment complexes, and if you ask her, anyone should be able to see that. It’s rather unfortunate, then, that the person putting in those towering apartments happens to be incredibly attractive, charismatic Flynn Van Buren. When Sophia hears that one of Flynn’s employees has suddenly and unexplainably died, she immediately gets involved with the case. The attraction between Sophia and Flynn is strong, but they can’t seem to agree on anything. They also can’t seem to stay away from each other—or from trouble.
