One memorable story for me is “Picnic,” where Megan schedules a picnic for her friend in May – five months in advance – leaving her boyfriend puzzled. The story delves into themes of hope, relationships, self-reflection, and peace. Each character, no matter how briefly featured, is fully developed by the story’s end.
