Not for Kids, could use more fluidity
Narrator: pleasant voice, differences between characters are well done
Language: R—very strong language (by American standards)
Violence: G—good for everyone
Sexual content: PG-13; not detailed/specific intimate scenes, alluded animal coupling
Parents: not for under 18. Mature themes and content
Story: not the most engaging story on the block. Pretty choppy and slow story overall. Things line up for the characters fairly easily and you can see it coming a mile away. While the dog POV angle was funny, it lost its charm as the book dragged on. The focus seemed to be more on the mature content and the dogs just happened to be there.
Not a book I’d be quick to recommend to anyone.
