Some good info
The author definitely contradicts himself, this is the third book I read. There are some useful information in this book, not all advices are good. He keeps implying that men are simple, but the way he explains their mentality makes it look like they are even more complicated than I thought. Just learn what you need to know and leave the rest out.

I LOVED THIS BOOK….Like ALL of G.L.Lambert’s books. It’s about self reflection and self love in a really raw way of delivering the message. And I love that he holds no punches. This book is for the ready.

Hardcore reality
Sooo helpful!!! This was a painful yet liberating book. If you want your bright eyed bushy tailed outlook to be crushed so you can finally see the harsh truth of finding love in a messed up world this is for you. If you just want to hear a bunch of fluff to keep your ego blind and delirious, just keep getting your advice from Disney movies.
