In the scorched cradle of the solar system, on the blazing world of Mer’Kuri, twin brothers were born beneath the blazing light of Ra; the ancient and conscious star that rules the heavens. Their arrival fulfills a prophecy whispered by the Solari; an elite order of solar warriors sworn to uphold the balance between light and shadow. These twins, Kael’Ryn and Xal’Zirath, are destined to become champions... or catalysts of ruin.

As the brothers undergo brutal training and awaken to powers far beyond mortal comprehension, dark forces gather. A rogue faction known as the Eclipse; born from the misuse of Ra’s light, rises to claim dominion. And whispers of a forgotten enemy stir among the distant stars, long thought vanquished, The Shallit'Biru.

With the balance of the solar system teetering and ancient alliances breaking, Kael and Xal must face enemies without, and doubts within. In the process, they join forces with three unlikely allies: Princess Lysara of Venus; General Krynn of Mars; and VX-17 (Vex), a battle-droid of Jupiter. Are they protectors of the light, or heralds of destruction?

The Dawn of Two Suns begins the epic chronicle of the Solar Wars: a tale of prophecy, sacrifice, solar mysticism, and the twin fires (that took place right here in our solar system) that could either save the sol... or burn it to ash.
