Publisher's Summary

This audiobook will open your eyes to what craziness lives among us.

Some lawbreakers are psychopaths, and some psychopaths break the law, but for the most part, the psychopaths among us are ordinary people with distinct traits and qualities. Sociopaths have a distinct disorder that makes them unlike all the other ones. You may even know some yourself, or maybe you have been influenced by one in the past. In this book, you will learn:

  • Some dissimilarities between sociopaths and psychopaths.
  • What role a conscience plays in the psychopath’s mind.
  • How to see symptoms and signs in both children and adults, and how to prevent children from being disturbed by it entirely.
  • Manipulation tactics psychopaths use to get their way.
  • Instances of some of the most infamous, extreme criminals who showed no regrets.
  • Numerous ways to spot psychopaths and identify their conduct as being possibly dangerous.
  • Several root causes of psychopathy.
  • Possible causes for sociopathy.
  • The main differences between narcissists, borderliners, schizophrenics, and others with precise disorders.
  • Which treacherous sociopaths made the world burn and ruined the lives of those around them.
  • How to handle sociopaths more successfully by defending yourself from their ominous tactics.
  • A diversity of ways to treat sociopaths or decrease the symptoms.

I could relate

I know some sociopaths myself and I have found these signs and symptoms, and solutions, to be very useful.

Sociopaths

They are all around us and we don't even realize it. This book sheds some light on what they are and on what they are not.

Sociopaths

They are all around us, and most people don't even realize it. Moreover, I liked that it says in the book that some just function well in society without going the criminal route.

Shocking

It was shocking to find out how many of us could lack that empathy you need to feel for another human being. At the same time, these sociopaths aren't always dangerous or irreparable. So it's okay.

The real people of society

This book expands on the underlying factors of sociopaths and psychopaths, the difference, and the unique characteristics, both good and bad, of the two.

Sadistic people...

I was a little shocked when I heard the information in this book, but it makes sense when you think about some people you've met in your own life.

Dangerous

Dangerous people in society most times have something wrong with them. This book sheds some light on that.

Interesting info

This is a very interesting book. I didn't know the difference between a sociopath and a psychopath anyway, so this came in handy.

Special

I think this was a special book that touches on the manipulation and disorders of the craziest in society, who lack empathy and some common sense.

Where does sadism come from?

We always wonder that when we see people who enjoy movies like "Saw" but there are inherent disorders that make all the difference.
