Amazing audiobook. I learned a lot about myself with the 20 years I’ve struggled with Social Anxiety. Although my problems may not be fully resolved, the practices and advice given that I can use in my everyday life give me the tools that I can use to overcome my obstacles in hopes of a brighter tomorrow.
