Taking me back to places I could never go back otherwise

My first book review, by far this book kept me engaged in a suspense story about a mom’s journey finding his son. I could feel mom’s desperation and love for her son going above and beyond to get his kiddo back. Very important life lessons! It felt like I was able to see the story unfold in front of my eyes.

The author took me to places I hold dear to my heart. It also made me think about how we get so wrapped on daily activities and not paying attention to the things that matter most: being near love ones. Thank you Kelly Allegretti for sharing your wonderful world of ideas with this book. I was wow in every chapter.
I definitely felt the ocean breeze touching my face when you mention Santa Cruz and the smell of Garlic when the characters were driving past Gilroy. You took me back to the Bay Area with this good read.
