This is a fantastic book.

This is a fantastic book. It helped me changed my sleeping habits. I always make sure I get enough sleep. Getting an adequate amount of sleep, has reduced conflicts in my relationships, improved my health and I generally feel happier and relaxed.

It's worth a shot.

A very interesting and well-explained book. I don't agree with everything he said, but he does make some really good points. I would have to say that after trying some of his recommendations, I do sleep better than before. It's worth a shot.

Trouble sleeping? Running out of ideas? This book covers sleeping "soup to nuts". If you don't get several ideas about how to get a good night's sleep after listening to this book, well then, you simply haven't gotten past the front cover. Full of info AND entertaining too!

Amazing book.

Improve until that is addressed.

As a physician, I see patients every day struggling with sleep. The author gives excellent, actionable instruction on how to make sleep your friend. Far better than any prescription "sleep aid" (they all lead to their issues when they work). Even the folks who complain of other issues, such as weight gain, mood disorder, often actually have a masked sleep quality issue, and won't be able to improve until that is addressed.

This is extremely helpful.

This is extremely helpful because I work graveyard shift so keeping my body clock about five hours ahead of my time zone helps me out a ton. From sunglasses to having a blackout room to exercise I'm glad I chose this book to help me out. I will also look into other books for sleep advice, probably one that goes more in detail with the science behind the facts.
