This is a fantastic book.

This is a fantastic book. It helped me changed my sleeping habits. I always make sure I get enough sleep. Getting an adequate amount of sleep, has reduced conflicts in my relationships, improved my health and I generally feel happier and relaxed.

I find the voice easy to understand.

I find the voice easy to understand, the recording high quality, inductions are very relaxing with positive affirmations. I found that this recording helped with my insomnia.
