This book is well organized into several steps. Each one covers a remedial stage of small talking. Such as making a good first impression, leaving a good memorable impression, keep conversations flourishing, concluding a conversation positively....etc. So its like I can first look into myself and figure out what my conversation flaws are, and then simply jump to the relevant section in this book.
