Beautifully raw and so helpful!
It took me longer than usual to read this because every chapter was so intensely true and real for me - I decided to use it as a reflection tool and will probably read it over and over on my journey to unpack my own self-beliefs. Thank you Rox and Rich for writing this - the work you are doing is life changing. The bravery and boldness to self acceptance and unmasking is carving a path for the rest of us to follow. I look forward to the next book about the Joys of ADHD!!

Privileged to have shared in your journey
I love that you personally read the book. The amount of safely expressing emotions is amazing.
Incoming side quest 🚀 😅:
As a Christian (also diagnosed with ADHD/Executive dysfunction and Chronic Anxiety) I listened to you guys speak and searching my heart for scripture to validate the thought of agreeing with what is being taught throughout the book and my discovery/revelation was simply fruit of the Spirit (Gal 5:22-23) and later on anxiety (Phil 4:6-7) - apparently (scientifically) anxiety and thankfulness operate in the same part of the brain and you can't experience both at the same time which makes sense why our nervous system calms down. Also our vagus nerve (related to the fight and flight response) is connected to our vocal chords (and other senses) which also helps us to calm down when talking/singing (James 5:13).
Anyway I loved the book! Thanks to both of you for advocating.
