This audiobook really hit home. You know, (it’s funny) I remember those endless nights. The narrator has a super smooth, clear voice—it was really comforting to listen to, especially when I was tired. It felt like a kind friend was talking me through the steps. The advice itself is so practical, and it made me feel like peaceful sleep isn't totally out of reach. It gave me a lot of hope, and honestly, that was the biggest thing for me. I think anyone struggling will just love this.

This concept was a new one for me and I found it extremely interesting and thought provoking in its simplicity and process. Will be listening to it a few more times with my daughter who is expecting.
