Effective Techniques to Get Your Baby to Sleep,,,,

It works! My baby girls sleep 12 hours a night. we've had a few regressions due to milestones and it can be discouraging, but knowing that you won't start again from zero is a big comfort! for the most part hubby and get lots of rest!

Glad to listen this book....

Life saver!! This book provided an exceptionally well-rounded instruction on how to raise with care. Covering all bases such as medical issues, special circumstances, caring/cleaning, mental preparation, everything was illustrated very succinctly. So glad I picked this one up.

SLEEP TRAINING.... BABY TO SLEEP

This book helped us understand ways to help our baby establish routine without feeling like we abandoned her during the transitional periods. It does contain a lot of information and short stories. While not all the information is tailored to everyone, there is something in here for every parent and child at every stage of sleep training

helpful guide for my baby.....

Someone recommended this book to me and it totally helped with getting my baby to sleep better at night. It's a book to go back to as they get older too as they do discuss all ages for sleep issues.

It totally worked for us. Our 4 1/2-month-old baby now sleeps through the night consistently. Naps, however, are still an issue, but mainly because our baby is just not a good napper.

best training... effective techniques...

This book was so helpful! I loved rocking my son to sleep, but I was not enjoying the sleep deprivation from him waking throughout the night. I love the supportive nature of this method. My son was sleeping through the night within 3 nights. Naps are on schedule and he sleeps longer than a half hour. I am amazed. And I get more sleep! Thank you so much!

lovely book

Lovely book. My daughter slept through the night for the first time after listening to this book. I listen to it when she was 8 months and she is 2 years now...man I love getting a full nights sleep.

Best book for sleep training

The best advice we have to listen. It seems a lot more "personal" than the other sleep training books. You feel like the author is speaking to you, in normal conversation. Some of the advice is "common sense"- but when you are sleep deprived and desperate, sometimes your not thinking of your clearest. However, there are some really great tips and tricks. We have implemented the techniques and seen great improvement. I would highly recommend.

Brief overview of sleep training babies with no specific detail

If you’re looking for a book on teaching actual techniques of different sleep methods this book is not for you. This book goes over brief summaries of things to look for a different sleep stages, the chapters are only a few minutes long each, and provide no detail to specific circumstances or helping change existing habits. I found this book absolutely useless and a waste of money

Would not recommend

If you have a bit of common sense then this book is waste of time, author keep repainting information and keep saying to do your research, there are several nonsense sentences such as getting your baby from crib to sleep on the basket, information is so general, I have not find one useful information.

My baby now sleeps through the night!

Unless she is cold or teething my 1 year old now sleeps through the night. Took 4 nights and maybe 2 set backs , but she did it! We have not mastered napping because grandma is not consistent and just can't let her cry. But at night she is perfect. Please know that you cannot skip the bedtime routine! That was instrumental in getting her to sleep. Otherwise she started hating her room. Now 30 minutes before sleep we all go in her room, no phones , no electronic toys, just us, a. Title, a couple of books, a stuffed animal and her binkies.
Highly recommended book!!!
