I love this book.

I am looking for practical ideas and easy to implement strategies to have better sleep hygiene. I can't say that I'm sleeping better right now because one has to actually implement the strategies for them to work and old habits are so hard to break.

techniques taught in this book,

Within a few weeks of the client using some of the techniques taught in this book, he has been able to sleep for a full 8 hours without waking up. To say he is excited is an understatement!

Definitely recommend this book to anyone who has

Hey this is my first review. I've had a lot of trouble sleeping in the past few months. I'd go some nights without sleep at all. This book has lots of interesting info and reasonable assertions. LIFE CHANGING BOOK.

LIFE CHANGING BOOK. This is not just a book about sleep. And who knew a book about sleep could be so jaw-dropping anyway?! This is truly a book that will change your life. After reading it, it shuffled my priority pyramid and now sleep is squarely and securely at the top. I love that Shawn backs everything with science, I love that he breaks it down for the layman but also leaves it scaled up enough to understand the biology behind it so that we can truly grasp the how and why.

The tips are useful and really work

This book is stating many things that I could research online. However, I am enjoying everything put into a good collection of tips as opposed to scraping pieces off multiple websites with questionable credibility. The tips are useful and really work.
