Aaptiv’s Sleep Better program includes seven classes led by meditation and mindfulness expert Jade Alexis. On day one of the program you’ll begin with ten minutes of relaxation and focus on your breath. As the week progresses you’ll graduate to a 30-minute session and incorporate techniques that train your body to release tension and prepare for deep sleep including breathwork, body scans, and yoga nidra - a type of meditative state achieved before sleep.

This program is designed to be taken as many times through as you wish and can be referred back to as often as you need.

"THIS IS AUDIBLE" at the end is the only bad part!

The overly LOUD, discordant, 'THIS IS AUDIBLE" inserted at the end is really awful. This is a sleep meditation. And if, by chance, it happens to actually work (and it does!), the really REALLY REALLY loud "THIS IS AUDIBLE" commercial at the end kinda wrecks it. You can count on being jarred back to wakefulness.

Really awful.

Also, it would be helpful if you could loop or link the 7 chapters, so that you could play more than one, without interrupting yourself to load up a new track, if you're really having a difficult time getting to sleep (which the VERY LOUD 'THIS IS AUDIBLE' commercial at the end is likely to exacerbate...

If you could chop that off, and have continuous play from track to track, this would be near perfect for a sleep meditation.

Great way to enhance your sleep

Guided meditation to help you fall fast and deeply into sleep. Narrators voice is comforting and she also includes affirmations and moments of gratitude in the nightly meditations. I would highly recommend!

Sleeping Tons Better

I have been doing these sessions at night for the past few nights and am sleeping like a log. They work great and help get me to relax before bed. My husband usually starts snoring half way through them. They are great! Totally recommend!

Let It Land

Good exercises, but too fast. Needs to take time to let the exercise land. For sleep it's too fast-paced, and I feel like I'm being rushed, which is counterproductive.

Great content, didn't find the narration relaxing

The pace and the background music were good, and the content seemed to have potential. But I honestly didnt find the narration relaxing. Jade"s pronunciation and inflections were jarring to me. 😕

Really good, helps a lot with sleping. I really recomend it to anyone who needs help sleeping
