Publisher's Summary

Even though Chantel O'Hurley was being harassed by an obsessive "admirer", she didn't want some two-bit P.I. telling her what to do. Private investigator Quinn Doran resented playing nursemaid to a spoiled star. But one look at the cool blonde showed him how easy it was to become obsessed with a woman like Chantel...

THE O'HURLEYS! Entrancing triplet sisters and one elusive brother.

Entertaining

Worth reading, but don't expect too great of a book.

ehh..

the narrator had a horrible accent for the young actress. She made her sound as if she was an older woman. Normally I love Nora Roberts and she's one of my favorite authors, however this book was not like the normal Nora Roberts books. I would definitely not read this one nor would I recommend anyone else read this. pick another Nora Roberts book.

This book has not aged well.

While other books in the series are showing their age with an old-fashioned alpha male, this one is particularly egregious. The male love interest is always right, the female must acquiesce to his demands, he kicks the door in and manhandles her including grabbing her by the hair hard enough to make her wince...and then they make mad, passionate love. No thanks. Lots of jumping to the next chapter on this one.

great group of books. I liked how characters from all four books were in all four books at some point. It tied them altogether.

Nods to Nora

Nora Roberts has a way of making you like all of her characters- good or bad ones. This story is no different. A bit predictable on the love story side but a good read. I just started the Last Honest Woman and I happy to discover they too are tied together. Like the Flower series- Red Lily, Blue Dahlia etc and Morrigan's Cross Circle Trilogy- you get to know and love the characters and she makes that happen. Thank you!

Fine for a 20 year-old book

An interesting story but not a lot of character development. Some definite heat between the two characters. It's not aging very well with Chantal being a smoker (though maybe actresses still are) and Quinn being so very misogynistic.

Not good at all

I didn’t like this book too much from the beginning. When it got to the part that he pulled her hair and then they “made love” I was really finished.

Intriguing

Was a edge of my seat read from beginning to end with suspense and mystery . Can't wait for the next book

couldn't even finish it

The narrator and shallow story ruined it for me. Both main characters were asses who were unlikable, I got about 2 hours through and quit.
