even this old mom loved the book

my youngest is 6 and there is no more babies coming. I thoroughly enjoyed what for me is a retrospect because of the humour that it was addressed by.

It's ok

I definitely hate monotone voices, but this was just a bit too much. She tried so hard to act this out, and was not that funny.
Very anecdotal, and she has some good advice, but it was hard to get threw all the over dramatic tones.

Stressful to listen to

I found this book stressful. She speaks so fast throughout the entire book, to the point you’ll have no idea what she’s just said. I listened for 45 mins before I called it quits because I had to keep rewinding to figure out what was going on. I’m surprised the ratings are so high. I was disappointed. I think her story could have been good but I can’t bring myself to listen to her tell it like it’s an sprint to the next page.
