Publisher's summary

Many have termed her the Mother of Pentecost, Maria Woodworth-Etter was mightily used by God in the area of signs and wonders. Multitudes received healing from various afflictions and diseases; and others saw visions of Jesus and Heaven while attending her meetings. Trances would break out amongst unbelievers and even individuals large distances away from where she would be speaking would have life-changing encounters.

In Signs and Wonders you will hear amazing accounts of her life. She will share with you some of the wonderful testimonies the Holy Spirit performed during her time of ministry. Revelations she received will also be imparted - wisdom and knowledge we can all use today as lovers of the Lord Jesus Christ. May you be surely blessed as you listen to this book!

It feels weird to leave a review for a book like this

This is a very holy book, this lady laid her life down for Christ! And the miracles that happened were extraordinary! There is obviously a very special anointing over her life. It feels weird to even write a review, I just feel like something should be special. I’ve read quite a few Christian biographies and autobiographies, and none has touched me deeper. This is not a book, but a step into life of someone who was compelled to sell for Christ and impacted her generation in a way that I have never heard. It’s equal in modern times.

Good book

I think it would have been better to have a woman read this book. It would have been more relatable sense it was written by a woman. The reading of it was very slow and monotone. The pronunciations are poor for many words.

Great inspiration that God is still doing wonders

This is a wonderful account of this wonderful woman of God's supernatural ministry. definitely worth the read. I noticed that even though it says unabridged, it's abridged from the version of her autobiography that I own. Nevertheless it's a wonderful account that will greatly inspire your faith.

Must Read

I recommend this true life story to all female believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. The narrator is a man, so you have to keep reminding yourself that this was a WOMAN who was used by God to do things that traditional church and traditional men do not want women to believe they can do with God. Even though we have Debrah and the other women leaders exemplified in The Bible, too many traditionally “religious” men still desire to stifle the work of Holy Spirit in women. This woman allowed herself to be used by God through Holy Spirit to manifest signs and wonders and, if you are a woman, you can use her story to inspire your relationship with Holy Spirit too. God can use you in these ways also!!! THIS BOOK SHOULD BE READ BY A WOMAN. However, if Mr Kobs was the only one willing to read it, I applaud him. Books are gender specific in regard to the VOICE of the narrative. Audible needs to understand this!!!!
