Stoker Magic

Susan Stoker has a magical pen and writes the best stories!! This is a great stand alone read but if you’ve read the whole series this is extra special. I loved that she brought both sides of PTSD from the person going through it and the loved ones and friends wanting to help. Beautiful story and worth the wait!!
And as always Erin Mallon does a fabulous job bringing it to life and letting you get lost in the story

Wonderfully written

I've been dying for Penelope's story since the first few books of this series, and it did not disappoint. Susan stoker did a wonderful job with details and plot. This book is a tearjerker, but in the best way a book can be. Warning: if you're going to listen while you drive: beware of possibly having to pull over.

Penelope finally

After waiting so long, impatiently, we finally get Penelope’s story. It was so worth the wait. All our favorite characters make an appearance. How Susan kept them all straight is astounding. Have the tissues handy as you see Penelope get her happy ever after.

This is the best story Stoker has written....

Susan Stoker knows how to write the most interesting stories. I am a fan of her work. Shelter for Penelope was outstanding. I think it is the best she has ever done. Erin Mallon did a fantastic job of narrating as well. I want to tell you what happened in the story but I will not because of how it is all woven together. I will say have a fresh box of tissues ready. And just to let you know, this book has an awesome ending.

A Jewel of a story.

I loved this story. Love and friendship told in complete perspective. Here's to good friends. Love is faith, strength and patience. I want more heroes.

Another touching story

Susan stokers books have been wonderful. This book spoke to me though. Sometimes I am in my head too much. I forget that other people have problems also. This book was well written and well read. It was a perfect end to this series. Susan stokers books truly take me away to forget about my problems but they also help me think about the world around me these are wonderful and I really really love this one especially. Ok

Amazing

The story was heartbreaking but also beautiful. Susan Stoker has written so many wonderfully awesome books. This finale of this series was so rich in emotions and comradeship I couldn’t stop listening. Erin Mallon is one of my favorite narrators and she did a super job with her inflections and her female/male voices. Well done!

Audio issues.

There were some strange parts including repeated words, and a change in sound quality. Otherwise it was pretty good.
