USA TODAY bestselling author Carolyn Ridder Aspenson returns with a witchy mystery that’s sure to cast a spell!

In Holiday Hills, murder and magic go hand in hand.

When Ronnie Daniels, the new health inspector, arrived in town, everyone breathed a sigh of relief—until her popularity took a nosedive. Business owners petitioned to have her removed after her glowing reports turned out to be fake. But before any action could be taken, Ronnie was found dead, and suspicion immediately fell on good witch Charity Rutherford, the local bakery owner.

Though Charity was cleared of the crime, it was clear someone had framed her. Now the question is, was she the real target, or just a convenient scapegoat?

With danger circling, I’m taking a break from writing my cozies and diving back into detective mode—much to the dismay of my police chief boyfriend.

But as I get closer to the truth, the killer takes notice, and soon, it might not just be Charity who’s in danger. I might be next on their list.

Love these stories!

The only thing I would change would be to have them narrated by a person instead of the computer generated narrations. But they are not bad.

Love these

virtual voice is hard to listen too. almost need to follow along with a book to know what character is speaking in a conversation. absolutely flat tone and the AI doesn't do a good job of following the punctuation that would indicate a pause or excited/dramatic statement. Please bring back the voice actors and leave virtual voice for textbooks.

Ugh what character is talking
