First Book of the New Year, Sooo Enjoyable!

Omg I loved this! Like whoa, I wish I could have been in Larissa's shoes. I mean, girl had three hot men at her side willing to do everything in their power to get her back in shape, fit, and healthy. Those long marathon sessions in the bedroom certainly didn't hurt either. :P Also, what a tool of an ex-husband. Idiot lol, seriously, the nerve of him to act like what he did was no big deal and that he had any chance of getting her to take him back! Glad he got what he deserved in the end! Our girl didn't need any of that dead weight and good riddance! I also liked the side-story with Cooper and his daughter. The narration team did a great job overall. Dang I wish I could have 3 sexy trainers, this book was really good I enjoyed every bit of it. she finds out her husband has been seeing someone, and he's telling her he is also mean calling her names and saying she is worthless, but little did he know she was going to be the one to come out on top.

Book 1 Forever Our Girl

This is book 1 in Chase's new series Forever Our Girl. A reverse harem romance read that is sweet and steamy. I have to say that most RH reads don't really have much of a storyline but that is not the case in this book and the narration...O.M.G. the narration is AMAZING!!! A captivating read with our mail female lead being Larissa who makes the same New Years focus so many of us women make - gym and personal trainer to help get us back to what we once were. After passing out she awakes the next morning with three glorious trainers there to help her find her way back to the strong (and healthy) woman she once was and wants to be again. Plenty of sweet and steamy bits and a HEA that will please. Overall a pretty good storyline and fantastic narration.

This is a fun and entertaining story. The narrator and writer did a pretty good job with the characters and bringing the story to life. The story is about Larissa, Finn, Cooper and Pierce. Larissa is a beautiful curvy lady whose husband, after telling her she is fat, has left her for an assistant. After getting a bit drunk she orders a personal trainer, or maybe three, to get her fit. When Finn, Cooper and Pierce arrive things get very steamy and fun. This is a cute story with some intense workouts.

Awesome story!!!

The narration is perfect on this story!! The voices made me fall in love with the characters. I’m typically not a huge fan of more than 1 love interest but in this case it worked perfectly! I’m ready for book 2.

Good but not grand.

It was good..but has potential to be better. There was alot of glossing over individual character issues in the RH/ why choose relationship. Nothing about it stood out so I won't likely listen again.
I did enjoy the narrators.

This is the first book in the Forever Our Girl series. It is a stand-alone series. This is my first Tori Chase and Deborah Garland book. This is about Larissa finally finding true love. Larissa was at the end of her residency and was finally going to transition to a doctor. She was not happy in her marriage. Her husband told her he wanted a divorce and was moving on. She decided on News Year Eve she was going to get in shape for her self. She got so much more then just three trainers. Lexi Evans, Marcus RYne, James Amherst, and DB West did a great job narrating this book.

Sizzling Hot!

This is the first book in the Forever Our Girl, a RH romance. This story is steamy, sweet, and funny. The characters are interesting, and their chemistry is sizzling hot. The story has MF/MFM/MMF scenes. The audio production is great. I liked Lexi Evans, Marcus Rayne, James Amherst, and DB West's voices together. #StoryOrigin #PFPAudio

Pleasantly surprised

Larissa's had a rough professional year that ends with her personal life hitting a new low on New Year's Eve. She's concentrated on becoming a doctor for the last year and hasn't focused on herself. Her diet hasn't been the best and her stress levels have been high, so she's put on some weight. Apparently, this is enough for her husband to stray and demand a divorce. Drowning her emotions with a bottle of wine, Larissa signs up for a personal trainer to aid her with strength, speed, and nutrition. Before she is even out of bed on New Year's Day there is not one but three hot trainers in her house. What's a girl to do when faced with an impossible choice? Hire all three, Finn, Pierce and Cooper are each dedicated to providing Larissa with the best personal service. Fitness never felt so good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I fully expected it to be 100% book porn. Instead, there was a fully developed, entertaining story. I enjoyed Larissa finding her confidence again. She took control of her life, got healthier, and remembered her worth. It's a shame she needed reminding. Here's a successful doctor, a woman who regularly saves lives, and she's judged by her appearance into her accomplishments personality. It was stressed her husband once showed her off as a trophy wife and now shames her for being fat. This is a man who is better as your ex. I liked Pierce and Finn but never embraced Cooper. He was much too superficial with his fatphobia and fat-shaming; bad for any human being but unacceptable for a trainer. And unfortunately, his redemption arc wasn't enough for me. The other two men were lovely and I enjoyed their relationship dynamics with Larissa.

The narration was done by the ensemble cast of Lexi Evans, Marcus Rayne, James Amherst, and DB West. They did a great job. I love when the author goes to the extra effort of an ensemble cast for RH. Giving each male his own voice makes the listening experience so much better. There's no confusion and each man is unique. Love it.

Tori Chase and Deborah Garland make a great team. This book was well written with a great storyline and likable characters. I loved how the relationships developed in this reverse-harem. It wasn't just smooth sailing. All the guys had heartbreaking circumstances. Great HEA.

Lexi Evans, James Amherst, Marcus Rayne, DB West were all excellent narrators. All the guys were new to me narrators and it's been awhile since I've heard Lexi Evans. I loved the voices. Having so many narrators really made this feel like a movie. It rolled through my head. So much emotion. Excellent performances!
