Best in the series

This was the best book in the series. Others were middle of the road. Glad the final book provided redemption.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! The narration was great and the story was dark and suspenseful. If you've read the earlier books in this series, you won't want to meet this one. It has a darker feel than the earlier books but Van Dyken never fails to deliver a compelling story with captivating characters.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the suspenseful storyline.

Which scene was your favorite?

The night of the masquerade ball when Lisa and Tristan don't know each other's identity.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The scene when Lisa sees herself being raped.

Every RVD Book I read is my next favorite book! She is so damn talented .. I was hooked to Lisa’s story before I started this book and it was amazing !

The best

I loved book 1-2. This was much darker and intense. Fantastic story. The voices were fantastic perfect for each character.

A little creepy

Not her usual style. Interesting but more like a thriller, though a bit predictable at times.
