I enjoyed it more than the first
I found this one easier to follow than the first one. someone left a review on that book about conflict being resolved rather quickly and I can definitely see that. You definitely know what you're getting into when you see a cover like this one so you shouldn't be too surprised it's not groundbreaking writing. I was sad we didn't see a lot of the build to the main relationship between Lew and Alec until all of a sudden they were having sex at the end but it was easy enough to get over since the rest of the couples were at least fleshed out more. My only true complaint is that sometimes the narrator would mix up his base voice with someone else ie. he would be reading a Lew chapter and 90% of the non-dialogue writing was done in Lew's voice than a few lines were done in Alec's. It didn't detract from the book but it was a little distracting.
