fun world building

interesting storyline if a bit predictable. Unfortunately the heroines tend to be consistently and frustratingly stupid, but it all turns out in the end.

Wow

I think this is one of the best storylines that trines a villain I to a hero, WOW! Narration was fantastic!

Action Packed

I loved that this story was full of action and the building of the story. This is not an instant love story which is refreshing! This story grabbed me from the beginning and kept to me to the end! This story may contain triggers with some of the more intense scenes.

Nezka and Elise

The story started off a little slow but once you hit that 51% mark, it ramps up! This was at another great book In this series.

Grumpy MMC who is suppose to bring humans back to his leader.
Military Solider FMC who gets trapped with him on a mission and is unaware of his alternative mission. Along the way, he teaches her to fight and they have to go on a secret mission of their own. They are forced to behave and do some questionable things to survive and in the end she finds out his betrayal. But the the way it wrapped up was fantastic. I’m so glad I found this series. Narration was superb!

Excellent SciFi Adventure

Just plan fun. The Dark World Mates books are all listed as romances, but they are much heavier on hard sci-fi and horror that most in this genre. I’ve enjoyed them all.
