Classic text w bit antiquated weird narrator

Everyone should read Rachel’s book but with a grain of salt as it’s limited to its time and the perspective, I’m guessing, would have been less constrained had it been written today. The narrator however sounds like an AI voice and speaks in a weird fake and ingenuine overstudied vocal styled. Not a fan of hers.

Better as a physical book

I'm dyslexic, so i often get books I really want to finish & understand in both a physical and audio copy. I did this here, and I have to say I'd rather highlight and read the physical. I also have ADHD though. so.

deeper than you would think any tarot book should get. very thoughtful. draws you in.

Wisdom

Great book, the spiritual and philosophical is the most interesting for me. Incredible insight to the tarot.

Best Book for beginning Tarot

I was lost by Crowley and similar writers, no matter how patient I studied them. Rachel Pollack's 78 Degrees of Wisdom gave me the grasp I was looking for. Follow up with Jung and Tarot by Sallie Nichols.
Then Mary K Greer and maybe Joan Bunning
The Audible book allows one to review any card quickly even in the middle of a reading, too.

annoying narration

too much up talk. narrator has a hiss on every "s". almost unlistenable. too bad

Great guide

This is hands-down the best tarot education book that I have read.Simply explain, clear and concise. I listened to it all the way through and now go back to listen to important sections almost every time I pull out my tarot deck.

The best introduction to tarot you could ask for!

This book is fantastic. Truly. Rachel Pollack manages to make tarot accessible without ever venturing into the realm of shallow. I seriously wonder how different my thoughts and approach to tarot would be if I had been given this book as my first introduction into the cards.

I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone with an interest in the cards.

The best guide into the world of Tarot

This audio book was amazing the narrator was perfect for this book. I also have the physical copy of the book which I’ve also read. I have bought and read many books on tarot and this was the only one that really pulled me in.
