I have begun writing to help those who don't already understand Autism. I am very passionate about these topics because I too am on the spectrum and have spent the last 15 years of my life dedicated to working in mental health. For most of my life I just felt like I was different, weird and sometimes unwanted. I didn't understand what was keeping me in misery until I learned about Neurodiversity and how it is simply a 'Different-ability' and not about the stigma of a 'Dis-ability'. I believe the rest of the world would benefit from this understanding, hence the books.

These titles are meant for Parents, Teachers, Doctors, Nurses etc. who want to understand autism and how to better work with those on the spectrum.

One chapter is enough…
They are going on and on about how providing noise canceling headphones, weighted blankets and quiet spaces are helpful…
Honestly this book should be 10 minutes long instead of 2 hours
