This is the last in a long line of books written by Max Freedom Long. I’d recommend any of them to someone looking to learn about the Kahunas. This book is a very good overview of self-hypnosis, but the narration can make it difficult to follow. I bought the book and would go back to re-read sections to clarify the meaning.
