Love Your Life Again

This is the book I've been waiting for around self-love. The author talks about her journey, but at the same time, brings you along to help deepen into your self-love. What I love about this book is that the message is honest - Self-Love isn't a quick fix, it's a journey of self-compassion, self-respect, and learning to accept the parts of yourself that you may not always view as lovable.

I love this book.

It is a workbook so there's not a lot of listening. But the book does require that you explain down affirmations about yourself. It's a very colorful and beautiful little book. Great for gift basket gifts. And it also is great to help those of us who struggle with self-esteem and loving ourselves. I'm learning a lot and explaining things down is vital in life.

This book was the start of that attitude.

This book was given to me as a gift from a friend. I didn't know what to think of it at first but after using it for a few days I realized it helps me a lot. It helps you to focus on what is important to YOU. After using it just once I woke up feeling like a brand new person. After using the book for a few days I started getting new opportunities coming my way and it may be because of the new attitude I have towards life from using this book.

This Book of Affirmations

Many books have affirmations for self-esteem and living ourselves, but this one is truly remarkable. The daily use of it for me is making a huge difference in my vibrational energy. The author is an accomplished Self-Love specialist and a YouTube personality.

This book is a life-changer.

All this time you've been taught to send love to others, forgive and forget and what people do isn't about you. Well, it is about you. Stop sending your energy to others and love yourself. It's way overdue. Focusing on and loving yourself doesn't make you selfish. It's where to begin.

What a great book, worth a listen.

It's simple, really easy to listen to the point, worth the money the only thing I wish they could change the front cover somehow less suicidal that was one of the reasons it put me off buying it but something was telling me to buy it and I'm glad I did.

Transform Your Life.

The best part about this book and its main idea is that it is so simple! Just focus on one simple thing to transform your life. I know it isn't complicated but the journey will still be long and full of obstacles - looking forward to it! I want to give a copy of this to a friend who is depressed right now. Change Your Brain, Change Your Life

It is extremely important to ensure that you can write daily journals. When you inculcate this habit, it has a lot of perks. Maintaining journals are going to help you immensely as you will be able to explore more about your strength and weakness, and identify any points which need extra work. If you don’t have a clue where to start with your journey towards self-love, identifying areas to work on in this way is the best starting point. With the right idea about what the strength and weakness are, you will be able to enjoy the real concept of self-love. When you are writing journals, you should mainly reflect the different events of the day. When you are reflecting on the events, it will help you know the possible areas of concern; write down how you felt, what you thought, and how you think others saw you – this will show you where you can concentrate your efforts. When journals are true and reflect the main events of your day, it will help you cherish the things that have happened and the things that should not have occurred. With the right insight into all these details, you will be able to improve your overall outlook and perception towards life. Don’t beat yourself up about things that have happened and the way you felt as you’re writing it however, because the point of this exercise is to look over and improve, not give yourself a hard time. I have seen countless people whose journals helped them in documenting the whole journey of falling in love with themselves. Let your journal be the reason for finding out the key things you love about yourself, whilst also showing you the areas to target your efforts towards. Sometimes, the best habits will help you become a better version of you.

Write it into existence!

Every night, before you go to the bed, don’t forget to count your blessings. You can’t fall in love with yourself if you always crave for the things you can never have. Instead of seeking for the kind of materialistic things that could be washed away with the passage of time, try to count the things that really matter in your life. You should make yourself understand that unlike things, people can’t be replaced. If you have the company of good people in your life, then that should matter more than the collection of any other thing. Instead of collecting things, start collecting long-lasting memories. Create the kind of moments that would stay with you for the years to come. Spend more time with your friends and family as it will make you experience happiness in its most unadulterated form. Try to thank the universe for giving you such a great life. If you have good health and can afford all the basic amenities, you should consider yourself blessed - there are millions of people in the world who don’t have access to food, water, or shelter. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have and how you can get a few things that you like, try to be grateful for what you already have, and thank the universe for it. It doesn’t matter if you are religious, spiritual, or atheist, everyone can see the universe. Thank the force for being in your favor. Thank the God that you believe in for giving you such a beautiful life. The secret of happiness is to be grateful. The more you thank the people and the greater force, the closer you will be to your share of happiness. You will realize how great your life is and you will stop taking it for granted. You will find you would rather fall in love with your life, and you will be happier for the long haul.

Simple but has a huge impact to listeners/readers.

This book was incredible. A small beginner step for me that I needed to have in order to push myself a little bit more. It made me feel lighter and like I wasn't the only one feeling the way I felt so much of the time. The details that he writes about and the steps taken to change were so simple but impactful. You can tell that it worked for him and that it will work for you because of the way you feel while listening.

His words were really honest.

I enjoyed this book very much and will definitely listen to it again and again while doing the things that he did. The message in this book is quite clear

I am addicted to listening or reading with these self help books and while the message in this one is quite clear, “love yourself and then you’ll see the world loving you back”, the way the book is written was excellent. I would recommend this book to anyone searching for a self help guide for self esteem.

You can’t love anyone if you don’t love yourself.

This book is a complete guide that guide women/men to love yourself and building high self esteem. There are given easy ways to have high self-esteem. I learn how boost your self-confidence. Having a high self esteem is one of the contributing factor for you to develop that kind of attitude. You can’t love anyone if you don’t love yourself.
