Taking Care of YOU!

At times the information is coming so fast it feels like drinking from a fire hydrant. But this book was not meant to be read. It was meant to be studied. “Wait a minute”, you’re saying. “I left school a long time ago and I don’t know anything about this studying.” OK, OK. That’s just a way of saying take your time, don’t rush through this book like you would a novel. Take advantage of what the author is bringing to the table and use it to take care of yourself.

"I was not sure what to expect when I received this audiobook. I know self care is important, but like many it seems that there is just no time. I was very curious to see this audiobook.I ironically this audiobook was not only insightful, but a fun listen. Through reading the audiobook, I not only found some helpful tips for myself, but I enjoyed the guiding questions.This audiobook asked a lot of questions. The questions were thought provoking. I listen the questions when I had time to really think about them. This lead to a deeper meaning. "

An easy to access guide

I received a review copy of this audiobook and have to say I am quite impressed with so many parts of it. To begin with, the layout is SO easy to listen. I liked being able to easily jump to a section and be able to easily find a section based on the color codes. The material is easy to listen and the suggestions are easily applicable to my life, breaking down different strategies to improve areas of your life for clarity. There are also exercises included in each chapter to work through. I think this audiobook is a great entry audiobook for anyone looking to realign their lives mindfully.

A great self help audiobook with lots of wonderful

An easy to use guide for positive meditation and visualization to make changes in your personal life by helping you take charge of how you spend each day. That by changing the way you think about your life and your outlook you can gain an inner peace and relaxation. The way it teaches the lessons is simple and straightforward easy to follow. I really enjoyed listening the this and I am looking forward to practicing these exercises on a daily basis. Everyone needs this audiobook it is a good time to start taking charge of your life and the way you think. Giving yourself permission to relax and take life easier.

I love this audiobook so much that I am ordering it for my staff. In this day and age when we spread ourselves so thin to give to others, we often forget about ourselves. This audiobook helps us understand and balance all the areas of our lives. It is an easy to listen audiobook with bulleted lists and step-by-step directions. I love the activities.
