This is a fantastic book for helping women reclaim their esteem! This book was extremely informative and a great resource to use in my practice. Well written and I highly recommend, especially for parents looking to support or build healthy self-esteem.

Best book ever!!

I’ve already listen it once and am going on a second round. There are so many quotes in this book that need major snaps. I love her message. She truly has a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves! Must listen ! Buy a few extra for your girlfriends and have a book club.
